Not loving your purchase? No Problem!

We are happy to offer EXCHANGE or CREDIT ONLY on your regular priced online purchase within 21 days from the date of purchase.
Regular priced items purchased in-stores are eligible for an exchange or return within 7 days.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on online orders
  • ALL  evening wear, accessories and sale priced items are FINAL SALE.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached.
  • Tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted.
  • You can mail back items for exchange/credit, or bring them to any of our Aldila Boutique locations. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are sending back an item, we must receive it back within 14 days of the day it was delivered. Unfortunately we are unable to process the exchange/credit if we receive it outside the 14 day window and it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please be aware that our processing time for exchanges/credit is 5-7 days from once we receive your item(s). Once processed, you will receive an email notification.

Garment colours may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions. Always read and follow the garments label prior to washing.

CANCELLATIONS
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.

SHIPPING
We're thrilled to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, there will be a Canada-wide flat rate shipping cost of $15.
We are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
We aim to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and may take up to 7 days to ship to you, depending on your location.

We offer free shipping to any of our Aldila Boutique locations. Simply select which store you’d like to pick your order up from at checkout. And you’ll receive a phone call from the store when your order is ready to be picked up.
