As a former owner of a consulting firm, I know well the importance of good employees, and Tuti is the best!
Recently, having not met Tuti, I phoned the store looking for a particular size of an item that your store carries. Not having my size at the store, Tuty phoned around trying to locate one for me. She then promptly called me back to let me know that she was unsuccessful. Impressed with the service, I went some days later to the store and met Tuty in person. I again received excellent service from her and purchased several items.
Tuty knows fashion and keeps the needs of her customers foremost in her mind. Last week she phoned me about an item that had just come into the store that was very similar to the original item that I had been seeking. I went to the store, tried on the item, and purchased it.
The service that I receive from Tuty is comparable to that which I have received at Nordstrom, a store well known for excellent customer service. Tuty is a credit to your business and an employee to keep! I look forward to working with her in the future.
