Although I can't comment directly on any of the products (my wife thinks they are fabulous) I can comment from first hand experience on the quality of service from this store. I have shopped for my wife on a number of occasions and the staff are always friendly and attentive, helping me find just the right products. They have even offered suggestions based on my wife's previous purchases. As a man I don't find shopping for my wife at all intimidating at this store, which can't be said of most other women's outlets.
I have been shopping at Aldila in Willow Park and when in Kelowna there too, for 15 years. When my Mom was alive I took her shopping there for special occasions. For my daughter's birthdays (she is 40 ish!) I take her for a shopping spree to Aldila. I love my clothes from Aldila and am always complimented when wearing my clothes from Aldila. My husband shops for me and the staff know him and my tastes so he always scores big points!

I was looking for a certain coat that our local boutique didn't have in my size. Luckily I found Aldila online. They had my coat, ordering was easy, they answered my questions in minutes, and my coat was delivered to my doorstep for free in a matter of days... Plus I found a few more things to oder next! My go to shop is always Aldila’s at Grandview Heights. I always get the best help choosing what I need for whatever the occasion. I can phone in and tell the staff what I’m looking for and it’s ready for me to try when I get there! It makes my shopping so easy and stress free.
