Not loving your purchase? No Problem!

Online CANADIAN Returns

Need a different size, colour, or need to exchange/receive credit for your online order? We can help with that! Contact us at orders@aldilaboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange and we will begin the exchange/credit process.

                        *We DO NOT offer refunds on online CANADIAN orders*

ALL evening wear and accessories are FINAL SALE.

If you are mailing back item(s) for exchange/credit, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we must receive your item(s) back within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will contact you via email and get you set up with a store credit or online code to use towards future purchases.

You may also bring your item(s) to any of our Aldila locations for an exchange or store credit within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Please be aware that our processing time for exchange/credit is 5-7 days from once we receive your mailed item(s).

Store credit/online codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and will never expire or deteriorate over time.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off or pinned will not be accepted.

In-store purchases cannot be returned online.

 

US Return Policy

We now offer refunds for US orders! Please email orders@aldilaboutique.com with your order number to start the return process. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits on items that were purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount or any item marked "Final Sale", including all evening wear, accessories or home items.

 

Once we receive your return and it is processed we will issue you a refund. An email will be sent confirming all details shortly after your refund is issued.

Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

PLEASE NOTE:  Duties and Taxes on U.S orders may be applicable upon arrival.

 

Purchased In-Store Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on regular priced items purchased in-store within 7 days.

ALL evening wear, accessories and sale priced items are FINAL SALE.

All items purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges without a receipt.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off or pinned will not be accepted.

In-store purchases cannot be returned online.

 

Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits on items that were purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount or any item marked "Final Sale", including all evening wear, accessories or home items.

Any merchandise marked with “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged, all evening wear and accessories are a FINAL SALE.

During any online sale event please note that all purchases are eligible for exchange or e-store credit only. 

 

Cancellations

 

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
