Besides, she is so patient to explain to me which sizes fitted me well when I was in doubt.

I just love Grace at Willow Park. For years she has been so welcoming and friendly. She always remembers what I have purchased, even from years ago, and makes wonderful suggestions for me and my friends. She is the only person my husband will go to to help with his shopping, and I am the wonderful beneficiary of her beautiful work.
I am so grateful to her and her staff.

At a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I am very pleased to report that I have had exemplary service from your employee, Tuty Riana at the Grandview Corners store in South Surrey. As a former owner of a consulting firm, I know well the importance of good employees, and Tuti is the best!

Recently, having not met Tuti, I phoned the store looking for a particular size of an item that your store carries. Not having my size at the store, Tuty phoned around trying to locate one for me. She then promptly called me back to let me know that she was unsuccessful. Impressed with the service, I went some days later to the store and met Tuty in person. I again received excellent service from her and purchased several items.

Tuty knows fashion and keeps the needs of her customers foremost in her mind. Last week she phoned me about an item that had just come into the store that was very similar to the original item that I had been seeking. I went to the store, tried on the item, and purchased it.

The service that I receive from Tuty is comparable to that which I have received at Nordstrom, a store well known for excellent customer service. Tuty is a credit to your business and an employee to keep! I look forward to working with her in the future.

There are so many places that one can go to shop. Grace, at Willowpark Village is the reason I keep coming back. She is incredible! I will continue to come there - because of Grace.

I frequently shop at Aldila in Willow Park. I absolutely love the staff, they go out of their way to make every shopping experience I have is great. I especially love Grace, Aldila’s sore manager at Willow Park. She has the uncanny ability to know my likes and dislikes better than me. I rate my shopping experience there a ten out of ten.

I had the opportunity to be invited to the Joseph Ribkoff trunk show in Calgary, Westhills Store, by Sarah the manager. I brought some friends and we went. Sarah puts her heart/soul into her work - she is friendly, fun, and honest, and very helpful with her customers. I also won the door prize that day - $100 gift certificate for Charlie B choices - wow! I am new to this store, but I'm hooked, and hooked on Sarah too! She's the best!!

I placed an order from the United States and when I was going to go out of town on vacation, I called them to see if they would change my shipping address so I could receive my goodies in Florida. They went out of their way to accommodate my request and when I arrived, it was at my door! They really go the extra mile when most stores will not. I will also purchase from them first before another store! Highly recommend!!!!!
