SHIPPING POLICY
US Shipping Update:
Due to the tariffs going to affect on August 29th, we have temporarily suspended all orders and shipments to the US to avoid any additional fees/taxes for our customers.
Orders that have been placed before Aug 26th will still be shipped via UPS.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working hard to resume shipping to our US customers as quickly as possible.
CANADA POST ROTATING STRIKE
Due to the current Canada Post job action, orders will ship out via UPS and or Canada Post depending on shipping location.
Please note Canada Post will be utilized for all PO BOX shipping addresses and rural regions of the country. If you would like us to use an alternative courier other than Canada Post for your order, please inform us after you make your purchase so that we can make the necessary changes for shipping.
Shipping Policy
We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada and the US on all orders over $150.
For orders under $150, there will be flat rate shipping cost of $15.
We aim to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment. We will contact you via email once your order has shipped with the tracking information.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and or UPS. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, etc.
We are unable to ship outside of North America at this time.
Curbside Pick Up or Local In Store Pick Up
At checkout, simply select which store you'd like to do the curbside pick up at. After your order is processed, we will contact you via email with your order details.
You will receive a phone call from your selected store when your order is ready for pick up with a pickup time for your order. When you arrive please call the store and a staff member will bring your order out to you.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Aldila is not responsible if it is lost. If the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
